2023 Pay Deal

After the recent ballot on pay the result was as follows:

82% Accept

17% Reject

1% Spoilt

Therefore the pay offer of 10% year 1 and 4% year two with the removal of flex from our contracts on Sept 1st 2024 was accepted

2023 Pay Deal Discussions Underway

Discussions started on our 2023 pay deal back in November, Your Reps are continuing to negotiate on you our members behalf. They have their next meeting on Monday 16th January, where they have asked for an improved initial proposal of 6%. Members will be updated in the usual way on any outcome from these meetings.

2020 Pay Deal Results

The result of our recent pay ballot was:

Accept 84%

Reject 16%

There for following 3yr deal was accepted by the membership:

Year 1. 2% on annual salary £500 one off bonus plus (3 days off during Christmas 2020 for this years early Friday finishing).
